If we have an intercourse without any protection, is there any possibility of becoming pregnant again, after giving birth of a 3 months old baby?

Unlikely if your wife is breastfeeding currently. However, though the lactational period is a natural mode of contraception, women may concieve after 3 to 4 months after delivery as they begin to ovulate. So it is always advisable to use some additional method of contraception to avoid pregnancy.

After delivery there is no menses for few months this is called as lactational amenorrhoea. At this time there is very low chances of pregnancy. But this depends person to person based on previous mentrual history. So, take protective measures.
