I am 28 yrs old. I am Ulcerative Colitis Grd III patient. I have completed my major treatment. What should I take in my diet? What I strictly not to take in my diet?

No specific diet restrictions are required for patients with ulcerative colitis. Keep a food diary. Write what food suits you and what makes you feel bad. Some of these foods might not suit you. Alcohol Caffeine Carbonated drinks Dairy products, if you?re lactose intolerant Dried beans, peas, and legumes Dried fruits Foods high in fibre Meat Nuts, crunchy nut butters Popcorn Products that have sorbitol (sugar-free gum and candies) Seeds Spicy foods. Try to take low fibre diet. It might suit you. Hope this helps you.
