I am 26 year old unmarried girl and have irregular and painful menstrual pain. On June 2018, I was diagnosed with 35 mm Haemorrhagic cyst in my right ovary. Doctor prescribed Novelon and Uheal D. After 44 days, the ultrasound reports shows the Haemorrhagic cyst has been reduced to 26 mm but Polycystic ovaries was confirmed. And doctor prescribed only Novelon this time for 2 months. Now today (8th September 2018) the ultrasound reports states: A complex cyst of about 35 mm x 31 mm in the right ovary with low level internal echoes. This time doctor has prescribed Endoreg 2 mg capsule for 3 months. Current state of health: I didn't feel any pain in my ovary but heavy bleeding for the first two days of my cycle. So my queries are as follows: What is the difference between haemorrhagic cyst and complex cyst? What is the main cause of complex cyst or haemorrhagic cyst Is it curable and how much time it may take? What are the precautions that are need to be taken?
