I am 20 years old male. I am extremely obese with BMI of 36. I do regular workout in gym and running from past 2 months. 4 sessions of running for about 5 kms and 4-5 sessions of weight training at gym. I am taking whey protein shake in double toned milk instead of dinner, eating 4 eggs a day and eating regular Breakfast and Lunch. I had not lost a single kg of fat from my body since last 45 days. I want to know, what I am doing wrong?
