I have a higher stress since last 8 month and because of that my periods are not coming time to time I'll visit the gynaecologist she prescribed me some medical check-up like thyroid and urine test all is normal she give me a hormone medicine and also prescribed a 21 days tablet course but the medicine is not working I have miss my periods for last 1 month and some time I feel sever headache what I can do. Consult with psychiatrist or gynaecologist?
