My age is 36 year and in Army. So I used to run daily in the morning. Since last 1 year, I realized pain in my left knee while running. This happen when I run, not during walking or speed walking. X ray was done but Dr. said everything is good. And treated for physiotherapy heat wave for 7 days. The same problem was occurred in Year 2014. But it was alright by Just one day physiotherapy done in Bangalore. Tell me what should I do.
