Four years back I had menopause. During last four to five months I have noticed that while urinating some blood clots were there. I take it seriously. Earlier it happens once in a week or 15 days but now frequency has increased plus secretion of blood (noticed 2nd time during the week) is also there which is very little off course. For last one week I am feeling little tired and week. Kindly suggest what could be the case and remedy.
