I have been experiencing body pain since last 2 days. However I am experiencing pain on my left hand and shoulders a bit more. I was also validating the heart rate data and found that it was constantly varying at resting when I measured thrice back to back. From 51 to 61 to 73.

Dear user, The place where you r feeling pain. Just apply a hot pack of water and if the pain is severe you can use Epsom salt. Mix in the water and then apply the hot pack. That will reduce the pain in the left hand, due to severe pain in the left hand the heart rate is fluctuating as the main nerve artery nerve is found in the left hand only. All the best Regards
