I am 29 years male. From before 2 month I felt weak urine stream, urine retaining in urethra and frequent urine and urine in drops. I taking alfoo from 45 days and urine stream improved as doc told mild bladder neck but except that all prob is not improved. Went for culture found easily gram positive bacteria took levofloxacin for 1 month but not improved and went for cold and urine test trace protein and pus cell 6_8 and gram negative ecoli. I have ectopic kidney by birth and in ivp found puj and dtpa kidney function is same as before 2 years dtpa test. Kindly advice.
