I am 64 years old. Since last 10 days, I get body ache due to Air-conditioning. Lower back is also stiff. I have dry coughing occasionally. There is heaviness in head specially near eyes. Issues like dry and rough mouth, full of grove like, but not mouth ulcers, sticky lips are continuing since long. I take alprax .25/.5 to release tension or for sleep almost every alternate day. No other issue. Please advise.

Sticky lips may be due to alprax medication. Lower back pain is somewhere related to muscle straining or arthritis. Needs to be diagnosed correctly through examination. If you are getting body pain due to air conditioning its because of your body immunity is low and very sensitive. Its better to not to use ac for some days especialy if its raining over your place.
