Hi doctors, I am going through tough and mentally scared situation. I am facing an issue. Whenever I clear my that in night forcefully or my putting finger in mouth, I get light or sometime red color mucus. It has now become my habit to clear that forcefully in night and see mucus color. I do not have any other main in that, stomach neck or head. I always scared about stomach cancer disease. My stool is also normal. I do not know how to get ride off this cancer thoughts. This color mucus comes in night only and when I do forcefully. It never appear in morning or normal that clear. I do not know if mucus is having food color which I eats in night. Please help. I am getting mad day by day.Please help me for that
