Hi, I have done x-ray for hip problem. It says "mildly right hip joint space superily s/o degenerative changes" so can it reverse back by exercises or it will not be change? As doc said if its in x-ray it can not be reverse. As now stiffness in right hip joint nd knee. Please answer revert or not.
