I am 37 years woman with 1 kid. 2 years back gone through ovarian cyst laparoscopy wit left ovary removed. Now diagnose wit endometrial polyp 0.5-1 cm. painful during periods, no inter menstrual spotting. Passing gas all the time, farting. Very slim, but ve a big belly. Period regular. Currently taking deviry tab. Suggest treatment of any pathy. Let me know cause. Is it curable without surgery?

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and symptomatic endometrial polyp needs to be treated with surgery
