I am having pain in bottom left side of abdomen. Doctor suggested me to do USG and the reports are this- probe tenderness is seen in left iliac fossa. Omental/ mesenteric fat in this region appears more ecogenic (inflamed) likely epiploic appendagitis. No obvious bowel wall thickening is seen. This is happening for second time. Before it happened me on 15 th of may and now again it has happened me on 5th of august. Before it's size was around 4 cm and now it's size is around 2 cm. After bath I have more pain at that portion and at testicles too. What should I do for this? What is the cause of this appendagitis? And how to cure it and what should I eat? Doctor gave me two tablets for 5 days. Rablet 20 and O2. Please help me out with this disease.
