I have digestion problem .I always use to eat only homemade food but can't find how this problem grown up?

Tips to follow Have plenty of water Increase fiber in your diet Avoid oily and saturated fats Eat more proteins Have fresh juices Squeeze one lemon , mix in a cup of lukewarm water ,drink every morning in empty stomach Dont have heavy meals in dinner Always have small meal plan , dont eat in a bulk See that ,which food is causing indigestion,avoid eating that food Lots of green veggies and fruits like banana will definately work
