I am 32 years old. I do not know what kind of disease I have. I have heard that I feel afraid of one and a few thoughts and it seems that I am going to have a heart attack and I feel like a vomit and when I meditate I think it seems to be fine, especially at night. I have more than I do not feel sleepy, I have ecg, blood pressure or sugar check, then it all goes well.

Ur suffering from anxiety,,try to find it out,, don some yoga,,wake up early and go for walking or jogging,,do some cardio,, don't think much about ur disease
