My 2 year son had a sudden fever (around 100) day before yesterday night. He was catching a throat infection. By yesterday night his fever was gone. But he got ulcers in his mouth. He is only drinking milk since yesterday afternoon and is crying if I force him. The ulcer in the tongue seems to ve reduced but his lips got one. Should I give him multivitamin drops? What should be the dosage?
