I want to cure nightfall. Since it happens 5-6 years every 7-10 days .currently my 23 years old student. I am suffering low memory. Hand tremor. hair fall. Weakness. Low confidence. I taken lots of ayurveda .homeopathic and patanjali but not get results. Can I believe you? Recently a week ago Dr. Advice me to take vrihat vangeshwar ras ,bramhi vati. Kamdev churna. Sutshekhar ras .panchasakar churna for 60 days to cure but last week I also get Nightfall. So can I continue or can I buy you r products .i m little bit confused. I left my job .my personal/professional/social life is totally totally destroyed After Nightfall I am feeling totally empty What can I do?
