Is there any way to straighten, my penis is bent little, which pains when I penetrate my partner, please help.

There is no medicine to treat bent penis. If somebody tells you that it can be treated, he is lying. Moreover the pain during penetration is not because of the bent penis. It might be due to some other reason. You should consult a good sexologist who can guide you about the reason of painful penetration and treat you accordingly.
