I am 35 years f and have 7 years daughter. Trying to get pregnant. Since 6 months taking ovashield + siphene 50 mg. Last cycle fol size 30�23 .uterus antiverted, bulky in size with central empty uterine cavity.(accurate) few small fibroids noted. Today is 3rd day of cycle and started ovashield & cor 3. Can I get conceive with this report? Ovashield is enough or not pls advice.
