I am 21 year old and my weight is increasing day by day. I am eating one time in day. Please tell me what should i do?

Eating only one time a day disturbs the metabolism to the worst and let you put on more weight even if you are not eating much, don't eat once only, eat small & frequent meals, avoid all sweet & sweetened beverages, all fried & maida products, and drink lots of water everyday to get results.
