One cavity in molar (back teeth) is 2 points ,where as other teeth counts 1 point ,the minimum qualifying points are 14, so you have one or two decay its not going to disqualify you from selections, In very rare cases, aspirant may have less than 14 dental points, .Though there are very rare cases of getting unfit due to less dental points, but as said precaution is better than cure. It is advisable to go for proper oral cleanup before medical examinations. And final rejections or acceptance depends upon total marks [CDS+SSB]. ALL THE BEST!
