Hi a paste of crushed strawberries mixed with baking soda is a natural bleaching solution. Apply this paste on your teeth and let it stay for 15-20 min. Your teeth will appear more whiter. Colgate visible white or close diamond attraction are over the counter pastes available in the market, you can try them also. Else if you want more results, visit any dentist for bleaching procedure.
