I am a 29 year old woman and from last two years I am having 2-3 stones (5.6 MM and 3 MM) in both of my kidneys. I consciously drink plenty of water since the day I got to know about it however both of my stones are still lying there. Can these stones pass through the urine as I don't want to go through with surgery.

These are small stones. Might come out and might not. If they trouble you get it removed endoscopically by a urologist. The procedure is called rirs. Ther is no incision or stitch.
