I had done my third grade piles surgery. It was non bleeding. After surgery, After 10 days I also had my anal two skin tags removed from same surgeon itself who did my surgery. It has been one month and there is small skin growth, so I again went to surgeon, he said it is not skin tag, it is small swelling. Also I am facing little pain during defecation. There is little blood while bowel movements very rarely. 2 times in a month. I discussed all my problems with doctor. Also told about itching anus. And sometimes pain after passing hard stools. Doctor said it's because of your sedentary lifestyle no exercise, you are suffering from constipation sometimes. I asked whether I am suffering from fissure or what. He told no its not fissure, you don't also have skin tag if it was I could have removed just now through laser. It is swelling. It will go. The doctor had given me medicines like bandy plus, tab. Rucose 1m, tab. Stelpile, syrup mavicol, shield cream to be inserted inside anus. But I am still worried whether small swelling will go or not, it is folded like about 0.5 cmand it is below anal hole. please answer this. Also should I apply ice pack to decrease or eliminate swelling, my surgeon has not told, I have searched through web, is it safe and working for swelling? Or aloevera juice applying on swelling will help? please help.
