Sir mai daily 8 km running krta hu aur 20 mint excercise. Sir mere right side ki complete leg me ek tarah ka sensation sa rehta h almost sara din. Aisa lgta ki jaise koi nas dab si gyi h. Left wali leg puri thik hai. Usme koi problem nai h. Doc ko dikhaya tha. Unhone yahi btaya ki koi nas dabi hui h. Medicine aur excercise bhi batayi. Par koi faida nai hua. Muje running krne me to koi dikkat nai hoti h. Lekin excercise krte hue aur normal bethe hue ya chalte hue bhi sensation feel hota h. Please koi ilaaj bataye iska ki ise kaise thik kru.

Do back strengthening exercises n take vit b12 tablets for 1 month If problem does not solve then will need further evaluation.
