Sir, I read somewhere that drinking fresh water by mixing with lemon juice and one spoon of honey every day in empty stomach in the morning can able to reduce fat drastically. How much it is justified?

Just take lemon water without honey, but to be clear only single thing is not going to work for weight reduction, you should 1. Keep check on your food intake. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Eat small & frequent meals. 4. Avoid bakery food products. 5. Try to balance your energy intake with the expenditure.
