I have a doubt what should be used during menstrual cycle tampon or sanitary pad or menstrual cup which is more secure?

During menses sanitary pad is more secure and safe whereas tampon or menstrual cup is dangerous being pushed inside to absorb blood . It?s common to use different things at different times during your period. For example, someone may use tampons during the day and pads at night. You can also wear a pad or pantyliner (a thin pad) while you?re using a tampon or cup, for backup protection in case of leaks.

Menstrual Cup is a better option.. It is a bit difficult to use initially.. and it requires frequent emptying...in initial flow..
