You have photodermatitis ( eczema) and Topical Coconut Oil has been shown to improve eczema (superior to olive oil)[7,8] and have antibacterial effects. Topical Sunflower Seed Oil was shown to be helpful when used in those with eczema.[9] This study compared it to olive oil and showed that sunflower seed oil was superior to olive oil.
