I am a 21 year old man. I have a continuous feeling for urination even after urinating. I also have problem in initiating urine. I have tried gokshuradi guggulu which helps but after stopping it the problem start again. The urination feeling causes erection. At night I urinate before sleep and at midnight I have erection during sleep with a pain which feels like I have to urinate and I have difficulty in initiating urine. I have done all tests and everything seems normal.
