With home remedies, u cannot get satisfactory results. you should go for a dental bleaching procedure of a good brand e.g polo office plus, which is around a 30mins procedure and Ur teeth shade will definitely increase.

Teeth may be yellow because of various reasons. If it's extrinsic yellowness, it will go by scaling from the dentist. If the yellowness is because of thin enamel. It will not go. Still you can try Glister or Glizer paste and see the results. Further dnt try to vigorously brush the teeth to clean them. It may result in tooth abrasion too.
