Hello- Recurrent testicular swelling can be due to recurrent infection or due to a result of any injury happened in the past, it can also be due to Varicocele. Its serious as prolonged swelling may affect your sperm producing capacity permanently. Antibiotics wont be of help as it will provide only symptomatic improvement. Its better to start herbal medications. Herbs not only cure the underlying infection permanently but also provide strength to the reproductive system to avoid recurrence.
