Diet glowing skin: internal diet- water intake 3 litres per day, plenty of juicy fruits in diet, plenty of green vegetables, carrots, beet root, honey face diet- apply lemon juice, honey, aloe vera juice, turmeric, tomato juice finally- smiling face for acidity- - avoid oily/junk food, excessive tea/coffee, beverages, spicy food - 3 litres water a day - cold milk in diet - eat 3-4 hourly - take lot of fruits, vegetables, - have a peaceful sleep - say no to stress, stay cool thanks.
