Hi, I want to complete a mile run in 7 minutes, I still have 1 month time for that, I used to smoke a lot but I have quit smoking from few days, due to smoking I'm getting tired with 5 min of jog. Will I be able to do mile run, if yes any suggestions to improve stamina in a quick span.
