He feels somebody follow against him, anytime he suspect newcomer as his enemy somebody wants to destroy him. Thus fear he never slept as at night somebody coming to beat him. His health status is good now. please help.

There could be lack of trust issues right from young age. His health may be good now. But later fear and anxiety will take its toll on the mind and body. He will not be able to build any long term relationship with people and have frequent misunderstandings. Counselling can help him to overcome any irrational fears and learn to relax and sleep at night. Tell him to exercise everyday along with deep breathing.
