Good morning sir ulti ki condition Mai mere chest Mai pain hota hai bhut or kbhi ulti nhi hua hai bardast K bahar pain hota hai jb kbhi ulti ka issue hota hai to. Last kuch Dino se muh se bleading ho rhi hai Halki Halki thook K sath kbhi kbhi To mujhe lga teeth ka issue hoga lekin aaj nhate tym mujhe ulti ki problem hua to pain K sath blood bhi aaya mujhe bhut Dr. feel ho rha hai please me please kya mujhe koi serious bemari hui hai.

Dear user kindly get your sputum culture and re done along with CXR PA view and CBC also your BP monitoring for 3 days Consult back with the reports asap for proper treatment. For now take few doses of Ipecac 30c thrice daily x 3 days only and Ferrum Phos 3x on sos basis as soon blood is observed in sputum. TC do write me back your followup.
