Respected doctors! My father is taking Oxcarb150 mg (0-0-1) Pacitane (1-0-1) Prothiaden (1-0-1) Joypride50 mg (0-0-1) Calmtra5 mg (0-0-1).He is now having stomach pain both in lower Abdomen and whole Stomach sometimes. Also loose stools. Which tablet I can give him for Stomach issues? Also he is having mildly reduced liver size and Few microliths in both kidneys. He is B12 injection addict for last 6 month .Due To over injection now he suffer peripheral Neuropathy.

B12 over injection should not lead to peripheral neuropathy and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics
