I was bitten by a street dog last year in september 2017 but till now I had not taken any vaccination (Injection) for it however I had washed that wound with dettol antiseptic liquid on the same day and for next 2-3 days and also had a bandage on the wound. Now I don't have any problem so far and that dog is also still alive. But I still want to know is there any harm/problem in this? Whether it can show some dangerous consequences in future or not? And if it is still dangerous for me in future then please suggest me any solution for this on utmost priority. If now I take proper rabies vaccination, will it be sufficient or it is not required? Please help me i'm very concerned about it.
