When we take stress ,then our brain release chemicals & if we reduce the stress-level then what happens to the previous increased chemicals? Do chemicals disappear ,when we reduce stress? Where do previously increased chemicals go?

It does not go anywhere, it has to be removed out of the system. When chemicals are released but not used (as it often happens with stress that is oftentimes totally imagined, in this case cortisol), they become very difficult for the body to purge it out of the system. They then become toxic and causes further strain tot eh system. The best ways to detoxify these chemicals are by exercise, meditation, sleep and by drinking a lot of liquids in the form of juices or plain water.
