I am 30 years old, for the last 1 year I am facing memory problems, I can't remember names of people and places, even well known name's are taking more time to recall. What should I do?

You need to look back to the last year and see if you can identify any stress that may be causing this memory loss, purely because of your age. Stress is a major reason for us to lose concentration and therefore loss to memory. You should then meet with a counselor and work this stress out of your system and memory will happily return. If it is not due to this stress you may then need to go for a thorough medical check up and see if there are other reasons to affect memory. You may also put in some extra effort to focus and note down some details of information that will help you recall. Make it a habit and perhaps a little bit of a game.
