I am a 20 years old girl. 2 months back I just fell of a bus as I was about to step down on my right knee. Next day itself I ran to the doctor who advised me to have mri and go for physio therapy fr three weeks. When mri was done it states that'evidence of posture corner injury involving deep fibres of distal lateral collateral ligament And growth_2 signal changes in posterior horn of medial meniscus I have taken requisite treatment now am able to walk but little pain still persists. When I talked to my doctor he said meniscus injury will not heal .i am really worried with this statement of his. Can you suggest me every possible measure I can opt for in order to be normal and well as before. I do not want to carry this sign just because of a simple accident.

You should not worry much about your meniscus injury. Continue physiotherapy exercises at home and avoid deep squatting for next 1 month and you should be fine.
