A small with a very tight layered blister has poped out of nowhere on my gums. There is no pain infact I don't feel anything different but its been more than a month and the lump has got a bit bigger in size with no sign of improving on its own. I went to a dentist too once but she said they don't deal with such things. It'll be very helpful if I am responded at the earliest for what should be done regarding the same.

You are using different terms. Blister n a lump. The treatment shall be different for both. Since you say it's been increasing in size, I shall consider it as a lump. Keep a careful watch on it on the size. If it's still increasing, go see an Oral Surgeon. Hes a specialist to deal with such things. If needed he would recommend a biopsy or probably just excise the lump.
