I am 22 years old. I am having black outs when I stand after sitting or lying .I just can not see anything then I get my vision slowly. My B.P is 100/65. This I have been suffering since a month. N my BP is always low. But never had such black outs before. I also suffer from tinnitus in my right ear I don't know if it is related to it or not. Tinnitus is since 1 month. I am fasting since 15 days but all the complaints are since 1 month. Kindly suggest me something. I eat everything .diet is mixed n appetite is normal.

Hello Nida! This could be because of fasting as your BP is already on lower side so there is improper blood supply in the body. In the long run it can have many serious health issues. So you should start taking a healthy diet having more of proteins and lots of green vegetables. You can also start Ayurvedic treatment for Low BP.
