Hello. My question is about menorrhagia. Actually my sister she is 17 years old and she is on her periods since 45 days (abnormal bleeding) and she has been taking tranexamic acid past 5 days but it is of no use. I want your help as we are in dubai on vacation and we are unable to consult a doctor as it is very costly here. Please do help me and prescribe some medicine for my sister. Thanking you.
