There is swelling in chest when I was 15-16 my big brother pinched them that time I do not focus on them but from previous 2 years I look and it look very embarrassing I go to doctor tell them that time swelling was less doctor sad that it is normal I explained them but they said there is nothing now please suggest me what to do there is no pain in it nipple also get swell now I am 20 years old.
