I am suffering from lack of sound and enough sleep since one year. I am 75 years old retired man. I don't have any sort of ailments and I don't have any stress or tension in life. I work out regularly for two hours since many years, which include cardio and strength training workouts. Earlier I used to have 7-8 hours of regular sound sleep. Kindly advice.

One effective way to ensure sound sleep at night is to take a brisk walk after dinner for 15-20 minutes. If you are already doing this and still not getting enough sleep, there are a few herbal oils that might help you with this.
