I have significant testicular atrophy (size of small grapes compared to large eggs previously), my testosterone levels are in the upper normal range naturally, LH and FSH in normal range to. But am producing significantly less semen quantity, it's quite watery and less white and dense (reduction in sperm?). My endocrinologist seems unwillingly to help or have a solution. I've tried 2 vials of HcG 5000iu spread over a few weeks but no response.
