Causes of a Lump on Back of the Neck 1. Injury to a muscle or tendon 2. Tonsillitis 3. Swollen lymph nodes 4. Lymphoma 5. Neck boils But if it is not the back of the neck it could be many other causes like Parotiditis, Mastoiditis etc. For further Diagnosis send a picture in private.
