I am married about one year. I have pcod, irregular periods. I want to conceive. My gync prescribed letrozole, dygestrone and folxt for three months. Can I conceive with that medicine.

Hi Lybrate-user, letrozole is an ovulation induction drug which stimulates your ovaries to produce eggs so that you could conceive. When this is combined with follicular scans and timed intercourse, your chances of conception is increased.
