I am 45 years old woman. For past 6 months periods are irregular & when comes it goes for 2-3 weeks with some time heavy bleeding or sometime less bleeding. USG abdomen done. Fibroids in uterus confirmed. One doctor has advised for uterus removal. Can these fibroid be cured with medicines or uterus removal is only solution? Recently tablet 'Trapic' was used on sex to stop bleeding. Can we continue with that?

You can take symptomatic treatment and as you are 45 years of age and hence hysterectomy is a valid option so that you won?t have to take medication
